Hello lovelies,
heute wollte ich euch mal meine neue Frisur zeigen.
Ich war in meinem ganzen Leben fast noch nie beim Friseur - okay, meine Tante ist Friseurin - aber das zählt nicht. Meist habe ich eh meine Haare selbst geschnitten. Seit sie aber auf Schulterlänge sind, komme ich nicht umhin, die Schere abzugeben - an mein Puuhbärchen.
Eigentlich will er gar nicht, aber ich bind mir einfach einen tiefen Pferdeschwanz und sage ihm, dass alles, was ca. 2cm unterm Gummiband liegt weg kann^^ Oft wird das dann alles kürzer als geplant, weil natürlich noch einiges nachgearbeitet werden muss (vor allem an den Seiten), aber ich bin immer mit dem Endergebnis zufrieden^^
Als ich dann letztens auch noch bei Lisa Freemont Pages diese tollen Anleitungen zu Pin Curl Sets fand, wollte ich das unbedingt ausprobieren. Ich habe mich grob an diesem Schema orientiert:
today I want to show you my new hair cut.
In all my life I almost never have been to a hair cutter - ok, my aunt is a hair cutter - but that doesn't count. I usually cut my hair myself. But since they're about shoulder lenght, I can't help but hand over the scissors - to my poohbear.
He doesn't really want to, but I just do a low pony tail and tell him to cut everything off that's about 2cm below the elastic strap^^ Often it gets shorter than intended, because we have to rework everything (especially the sides), but I'm always happy with the outcome^^
And when I stumbled across those lovely instructions on pin curl sets at Lisa Fremont Pages, I definitely wanted to try that myself. I roughly based my set on this instruction:
Bei der Frontansicht sieht man, dass die aufgestellten Curls nach außen gerollt werden sollten, aber ich habe sie nach innen gerollt.
So sah das dann bei mir aus:
When you look at the front view you can see that the stand up curls ar rolled outwards, but I rolled mine inwards.
This is how it looked on me:
Bild 1-4 zeigt die gesteckten Pin Curls von vorn oben, den Seiten und von hinten.
Bild 5 zeigt die Haare nach Entfernen der Pins.
Bild 6 zeigt die entsprechende Frisur mit diesem Pin Curl Set.
Bild 7-9 zeigt eine Frisur mit einem gleichen/ähnlichen Pin Curl Set. Mir persönlich gefällt die Frisur da deutlich besser, aber ich wüsste nicht, was ich da anders gemacht haben solte. Eigentlich hätte ich bei Bild 6 genauso aussehen sollen, wie bei Bild 8...

Picture 5 shows the hair after taking the pins out.
Picture 6 shows the hair style with this set.
Picture 7-9 shows a hair style with the same/a similar pin curl set. Personally I like this style better, but I can't tell what I did differently. Actually picture 6 should look like picture 8...
Egal, es kam jedenfalls richtig toll bei Kollegen und Patienten an, die mich allesamt fragten, ob ich denn beim Friseur gewesen wäre - und das, obwohl ich den Schnitt bereits seit einer halben Woche hatte. Ich hatte nur am Sonntag das Pin Curl Set gemacht und am Montag sind alle überrascht gewesen^^
Habt ihr sowas schonmal ausprobiert? Und hat es euch gefallen, so dass ihr es öfter machen würdet? Oder wie frisiert ihr eure Haare sonst so?
Anyways, all my colleagues and patients loved it and everybody asked if I had been to the hair cutter - even when I had that cut for half a week. I just did that pin curl set on Sunday and everybody was surprised on Monday^^
Did you ever try something like this? And did you like it, so you would do it more often? Or how do you style your hair usually?
